On Wednesday, there was a terrorist attack on a gurdwara (Sikh temple) in Kabul and Pakistan has strongly condemned it.
The Foreign officer said in a statement that, “Such awful assaults have no political, strict or moral defense and must be dismissed outright.”
Moreover, it was said by FO that “Pakistan strongly condemns terrorism in all its firm and manifestations,” adding that the there must be respect for all the places of worship.
“Our prayers and hearts are with those who lost their lived ones in this terrible act of terrorism and we pray for those who lost their lives and those who are injured to be soon recovered. We also express our solidarity with the fraternal people of Afghanistan,” read the official statement from the ministry.
It was said by the Afghan government, “As a Sikh religious complex in the Afghanistan capital of Kabul was attacked by the unidentified gunmen and suicide bombers today, there were at least 25 people who lost their lives and 8 of them were injured.”
A few hours after the early morning assault was propelled, Interior Ministry representative Tariq Arian said in a message to journalists that an activity by the security powers was finished and the entirety of the assailants had been killed.
