ISLAMABAD: On Tuesday, it has been said by PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto that every sector has been facing problems when PTI came into power.
Bilawal was addressing the session that was arranged in the parliament in order to discuss the inflation in the country. He criticised that senior ministry of government when he started giving his speech for not attending such significant session.
Moreover, he added that, “These vacant spaces in the audience tell you how seriously government take these important issues. The technology minister and postal services minister is here. But these are ‘chota’ ministers.”
In response to this statement, Speaker Asad Qaiser said that”Bilawal sahab, minister minister hota hai,” which promoted laughs from the benches.
The PPP administrator proceeded with his address,saying that the PTI diverted the circumstance from terrible to more awful. He said that inflation was cresting in the nation and insights from state institutions affirmed this.
“The Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, State Bank of Pakistan and the FBR are affirming that the economic circumstance getting worse],” he said. “These are the realities, Mr Speaker. These are not political proclamations.”
He blamed the government for settling on “financial autonomy” before the IMF, saying that he recollected how PM Imran used to state in the past that inflation is caused by corruption in the nation.
“The prime minister should enlighten us regarding the debasement occurring in the nation,” he said. “Or then again he ought to acknowledge that we state. That he is uncouth, unable and chose, and should return home to give alleviation to the majority,” he included.
‘Shameless government’ trying to sabotage BISP
The PPP administrator got angry at the government for disavowing the Benazir Income Support Program for 900,000 beneficaries.
He said, “In these conditions, when the administration is kicking out 900,000 recipients, history will recollect them.”
Bilawal lashed out at the PTI’s political partners in Sindh, saying that they were associated with “evacuating Benazir Bhutto’s name” from the BISP after the numerous favors she had offered on them previously.
He stated, “She [Benazir] made somebody’s sister a senator and made somebody the speaker,” scrutinizing the PTI’s partners in Sindh for favoring the legislature and discarding the PPP.
