LHS’s verdict must be challenged in Supreme Court; says Fawad Chaudhry

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for science and technology Fawad Chaudhry said on Saturday that, “The court verdict has been arrived about the Nawaz Sharif. It had been said that he is allowed to go abroad for medical treatment.”

Fawad Chaudhry said that, “I have been practice law for 16 years and there is no verdict that allows a criminal to go abroad.”

Moreover he said, “And if we say that he would return then there is an example of his own family in our country that Isaaq Dar’s red warrant has been issued but he is still senator of this country.

“Sharif family have no properties in this country. How would they be enforced to come to Pakistan, said by Fawad Chaudhry.

He said that it is not suitable to comment on the verdict of the court but law should be followed.

“This verdict created new verdict and there would be so many convicted people who may or may not get benefit from it”.

Minister further said that, “In my opinion, the government should challenge the verdict in Supreme Court. Because if it sustains, then our system of justice will be in loss.”
