Zahran Hashim, mastermind of Easter Sunday bombings trained in India

On Ssturday, it has been revealed by the sources that Zahran Hashim- the mastermind behind the bombing attack of the Easter Day in Sri Lanka had been trained in India.

A top military source in Sri Lanka was quoted by a reporter in India stating that Zahran Hashim spent substantial time in South India.

As indicated by the report, Indian authorities have indicated proof that Zahran Hashim the pioneer of National Thawheed Jama’ut which completed the assaults kept up virtual connections with youth accepted to be of Indian starting point.

On Friday, the reporters were told by Maithripala Sirisena- the Sri Lankan President that Zahran Hashim was executed at one of the Colombo hotels targeted. He said that, “Zahran was killed during the Shangri-La attack, it is all that I have been told by the intelligence agencies.”

There were 253 people who killed in the Easter Sunday bombings, which Daesh claimed. It has been confirmed by the Sri Lankan government that there were nine suicide bombers but eight have been identified uptil now. The investigations have been focused on the international links to two domestic groups by the authorities as they believe that the groups carried out the attacks. Those groups are National Thawheed Jama’ut and Jammiyathul Millathu Ibrahim,

Daesh released a video in which Hashim, who founded the National Thawheed Jama’ut, appeared when it claimed the strikes. He was seen in a video as a leader leading the seven others in a pledge of allegiance to Baghdadi.

Daesh flag, the backdrop and the clothes the men wore for their video have found in the studio in the town of Sammanthurai, 370 kilometres (231 miles) east of the capital, as per the police.
